Finally, I am posting the instructions for my Tea Bag Cozy.

Update 01/03/1213: If you want to move the button hole down closer to the bottom of the tea bag cozy. Start the button hole after the second or third row of work.
Finished Size: 4” by 3 1/4” Approx
Hook(s): US G/6 4.25mm
Yarn: Peaches n Cream 100% cotton. Scrap/Leftover yarn.
Color: Any color you want
Notions: 1 Button
Gauge: 1” = 3 ½ sc by 4 rows. Though Gauge is not important.
Level: Beginner to Easy
Stitches used: Chain (c)
Single Crochet (sc)
Reverse Single Crochet (rsc)
Instructions:
Reverse Single Crochet (rsc)
The reverse single crochet is a single crochet finishing stitch that is worked in reverse: from left to right, on the right side of your work.
1: With the right side of your work facing you, insert your hook from front to back in the next stitch to the right.
2: Your hook is now at the back of your work. Yarn over.
3: Draw the yarn through the stitch back to the front of your work: two loops on hook.
4: Yarn over.
5: Draw the yarn through the two loops on the hook.
Tea Bag Cozy
Row 1: Chain 13
Row 2: sc in second ch from the hook. Then sc in the next 11 ch spaces. Ch 1 and turn. (12 sc )
Row 3: 1 sc in each sc across. Ch 1 and turn.
Row 4 Same as Row 3.
Row 5: 1 sc in the first 5 sc. Chain 2 skip 2 sc, then sc in third space and then next 4 sc. Ch 1 and turn.
Row 6: sc in the first 5 sc. Sc in the two chain spaces. Then sc in last 5 sc. Ch 1 and turn. (Button Hole made.)
Row 7 and each following row: 12 sc. Ch 1 and turn. Continue work until piece measures 9”.
Last row do not work the ch 1. Break thread. Mine took approx 35 rows of sc.
Finishing:
With right side facing. rsc across bottom edge. Opposite end from the button hole.
With right side facing out. Fold bottom 3 inches of piece up. Then rsc from bottom edge. Working through both layers. Continue up the side, across the top, then down the third side. Again working through both layers.
Weave in any remaining ends.
Attach button.
